Amy Marks, Pastoral Assistant

Amy writes:

I'm originally from Cheshire and come from the Wirral. I studied at Westkirby Grammar School for Girls until moving to London to study Theology at King's College London. I've lived in London for 5 years.

I'm a keen member of the congregation at St John's with St Nicholas's, Greasby - my home church - having been baptised and also confirmed there. I've been an active member of the Youth group and young persons music group. I also volunteer at a Pathfinder venture annually in the Lake District as a young leader. Most recently, I was a Chaplaincy Assistant at King's College, London.

I would like to help develop our current church community with a particular focus on our youth/young people, and to produce initiatives with the congregation which nurture our own spiritual well being and also attract non-members of our parish.

When I'm not galvanising the youth of the parish, my interests are cats, dancing and designing clothes.
